Well this week I was all agog with the news that my old stomping ground and first employment was for turning and that JP Morgan had announced they were creating a coin, the JPM Coin. This was better than discovering that CEO Jamie, the ole muckler, was a cross dressing, erotica writing, kilt wearing, card carrying communist – well okay the erotica writing would have been cool (takes one to know one) but still I was very happy. Of course my very savvy partner in crime Liina was not surprised at all. And to be honest, she has a point since we know that all the banks are feverishly trying to figure out this blockchain thing. Is this a blockchain I see before me ….refrain runs around the halls of finance like a bad joke.
We had other news too but my favourite piece was a blackboard outside a restaurant in Slovenia. On it is said – We accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethererum and Litecoin. Underneath the array of coins accepted was a caveat – Only when Rok is working!
So I want to say – thank you Rok – and maybe one day we can track you down and interview you on Crypto Divas. I may start looking now – #whoisrok #whereisrok
Until next week
