Ireland’s Tweeting Goddess Samantha Kelly has carved out a global reputation as a social media strategist, and next month will see the Irish entrepreneur headline New Zealand’s 2017 Social Media Conference in Auckland.

The leading Twitter strategist, speaker and trainer, who owns and operates Tweeting Goddess, contributes to a dozen or more worldwide conferences every year.  This is on top of her day job, delivering social media strategies for businesses to harness the commercial power of social marketing and the online community.

The Auckland event in September will see Samantha Kelly share with her Kiwi audience new insights and tools designed to drive business growth and extend online influence.

New Zealanders, like the Irish, love using social media.  Both nationalities thrive on community and information sharing and have a natural ability for networking and traditional word-of-mouth type marketing techniques”, the Wexford-based businesswoman says.

‘I will be spreading #Twittermagic in New Zealand as apparently only 2.72% use Twitter at present, yet Twitter is extremely powerful at building relationships which leads to conversions!’ (stats via gs.statcounter.com), Samantha added.

If you are unable to see Sam in New Zealand you can join via livestream http://www.socialmediaconference.co.nz/product/live-stream-ticket/

Samantha went from social welfare and a carer for her hearing-impaired daughter to running a successful social media business and Women’s Network in just a few years.  She remembers seeing a smart looking business woman at the airport and dreamed of one-day boarding planes for business meetings and conferences.  ‘To see my dream becoming a reality is very exciting.  Said Samantha. ‘dreams really do come true….as Walt Disney always said, ‘if you can dream it you can do’.  There is lots of support out there for start-ups now, all you have to do is ask for help’.

Closer to home, the Tweeting Goddess has just been announced as an Ambassador for Design Wizard, an online graphic design tool that takes the time and effort out of creating visual content. They offer over 15,000 templates and 1.2 million images that can be instantly tailored to suit your needs.

Design Wizard are an Irish start-up and according to Samantha, ‘Most SMES and marketers need images that stand out and that are simple to create. As I have a strong business and social media marketing following, I’m delighted to be able to help Design Wizard spread the word’.

According to Claire O’Brien, Marketing Manager at Design Wizard, “Samantha was the obvious choice as brand ambassador for Design Wizard. She brings a wealth of social media and marketing experience to our company and our customers. Sam is very warm and engaging when she interacts with her followers and this reflects our own brand values. She has such an influential voice in the world of social media and we are confident that her presence supporting our brand will help us to grow and develop.“

California Girl

In February next year, Samantha Kelly is California bound to speak at The Social Media World Conference in San Diego.

One of the most comprehensive social media summits, the three-day event features practical sessions and in-depth analysis of the creative and commercial potential of platforms including twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram and Pinterest, as well as vlogging, blogging and digital content advice.

Samantha Kelly is also Brand Ambassador for Social Media Summit Ireland.  The annual two-day Dublin conference brings together social media professionals to hear presentations from worldwide experts and to discuss the tactical and strategic aspects of social media, including campaign planning, creative content, and measurement and analysis.

Kelly was a popular TEDx speaker on ‘How Twitter Transformed My Life in 140 Characters’, and operates the successful twitter handle @Tweetinggoddess, with 41k followers.

Tweeting Goddess, Samantha Kelly is available for interview on the upcoming Women’s Inspire Network (WIN) National Conference in Dublin, and on any aspect of social media applications and their use in Irish business and social arenas.
