The Guys over at Squaretrade.com decided it would be good to find out how the new iPhone 4S bounces! They have performed dop tests of the phone from different heights to see how it fairs out. Just for fun they decided to put the Samsung Galaxy S II through the same tests. As you can imagine with, the glass panels front and rear, the iPhone doesn’t hold up very well. The value of having some sort of protective case is pretty obvious after watching this. The SGSII held up better, probably due to it’s plastic case being able to flex and dissipate some of the energy.
