What is your background briefly?

System Analyst (Computer Science degree), Senior Java Developer, Technical Team Lead/Architect, Project Manager, Solidity Developer, Business Analyst, Vegetarian Cooker, Bartender, Entrepreneur.

Does it seem like a logical background to what you do now?

I think each little step you do in life takes you to your next step, so yes.

Give us a one-minute pitch for what you are doing now.
I’m currently moving to Switzerland. During the last 8 months I’ve been advising crypto related projects that form part of the investment portfolio of a well-known fem crypto investor. My main focuses have been tokenomics, business analysis & modeling, and team building. I’m trying to avoid as much as I can the typical errors that the most of the ICOs have been repeating;
– an adequate tokenomics model aligning incentives and giving it real sense;
– clarifying the business and revenue model to create a clear path;
– team building to potentiate results.
While the last two leverage the capabilities of any project in general, I think the three together can get closer to success any crypto related project.

Also, my strong technical background allows me to join together the business side with the technical one, facilitating that conversation.

Why did you get involved with this ICO?
Sincerely the ICO was recommended to me by Reuben Godfrey. I love this guy, and he’s my first reason.
Secondly, as I have been involved in the entrepreneur’s environment for a while, I’ve heard about a lot of projects related to content creation incentives and advertising. I realize that there is a huge market for this, that can create a legit ecosystem to strengthen the gig-economy and achieve a real positive social impact.

Why do you think it is such a powerful idea?
Any tool that provides the crowd with a transparent way to generate incomes it is a powerful idea for me, at least theoretically. Also, the team has been working hard to create the right strong partnerships and that’s simply wise.

How can people find out more about 1. The ICO 2. you & your work?
1. I love those projects that create the community through token incentives. When you engage the community from that point means that they already believe in your project and your token, in some way, assuring success.
2. I’m a very accessible person, so I’m always opened to have a talk, about my job or whatever other things are going on in life. I will provide my personal contact information in the last question.

Anything else you’d like to add?
I think it could be very interesting to know about the motivations of each advisor, to understand exactly what they are looking for and why they are exactly interested in the project. This question may be answered in the 4th question, but I think the focus is different.

How can people contact you & learn more about you?
Lately, I’m very active on telegram as @lnacosta91, you can find my public instagram profile with the same alias.
