I.T. Alliance, the Irish owned IT outsourcing and cloud support group of companies, has announced the expansion of its project management operations which will create an additional 25 new jobs by the year end. Hiring of the new roles will commence at Career Zoo in the Convention Centre, Dublin on September 12th.

Founded in 1997, the company’s headquarters is in Park West, Dublin and currently employs 500 people. The company  provides IT managed services, IT project delivery and business outsourcing solutions.

Dermot Hore, head of PMO, I.T. Alliance Group Pic 2Dermot Hore, head of PMO with the I.T. Alliance Group, said that the additional 25 jobs were being driven by a number of market factors this year: “As confidence returns to the economy, many organisations are looking to dust down and rapidly implement ICT projects which had previously been shelved during the recession.”

“At the same time, many organisations are looking to consolidate their technology which had previously been implemented on an ad hoc, un-coordinated basis due to budget pressures during the recession. Companies of all sizes are using the opportunity to make the leap from traditional on premise software to cloud solutions such as Microsoft Office 365.”
