HCS, a leading IT and cybersecurity services company, has announced plans to grow its international business with the launch of its new Productivity Division. HCS is consolidating its specialist offering and deep expertise in digital transformation services to launch this dedicated division which will boost productivity for customers.
The new division is being launched in the Irish and UK markets. The UK launch is being supported by Enterprise Ireland. HCS will create eight jobs within the specialised team in the first year, primarily in software development. Mick Brown has joined HCS as Head of Digital Transformation and Biz Apps, and will spearhead the new division.
The productivity division will leverage Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and provide digital strategy consulting, app development, business intelligence, and data analytics services to small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) in Ireland and the UK. HCS configures these Microsoft business platforms and develops bespoke software built on this technology using code developed in-house.
These offerings are designed to increase productivity and efficiency, reduce costs, and provide increased agility for businesses. HCS’ team will design and implement tailored digital transformation solutions that align with the specific business requirements of each customer in order to deliver maximum value and impact.
Mick Brown, Head of Digital Transformation and Biz Apps, HCS: “The new division consolidates HCS’ expertise in the development of bespoke Microsoft business platforms for small to medium sized businesses. Our team will help these organisations to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and enable better productivity and business performance. Customers can leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to gain valuable insights that can drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
“Our vision is to drive true organisational change. We are focused on empowering businesses to stay competitive, meet evolving customer expectations, and embrace innovation. We look forward to continuing to grow our own business, while helping our customers to transform their operations, culture, and service offerings, leading to long-term success and sustainable growth.”
