Melanie Boylan recently spoke with Juliana Novaes. She is 24 years old and was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She has a background in Law and has been involved in the Internet Governance field for about 4 years, working directly with academia, civil society and the private sector in topics involving digital rights. She is passionate about research and her topics of interest surround the intersections between technology and public policy.
She is also a fellow of the 2017 Youth@IGF Brasil Program organized by CGI.br and of the 2018 Youth@IGF Program organized by the Internet Society.
