What is your background briefly?

My name is Dr. David Meszaros, I am an international lawyer and strategic advisor for companies and ICO projects alike. Being familiar with the major legal systems in the crypto world enables me to assist projects and navigate clients through the maze of regulations or the lack thereof when it comes to the intersection of blockchain & law. I have several years of international experience, multiple masters and a doctorate in law with M&A and contract law specialisation.

Does it seem like a logical background to what you do now?

I always wanted to make sure that I am operating on a global scale and I do not limit myself to just one jurisdiction, one country or even just one continent. With the rise of blockchain projects and their decentralised nature and global reach, I can truly immerse myself in the legal systems of multiple countries in the whole world. Comparative law has always been close to my heart, and now coupled with technology and corporate / contract law, I have the perfect academic background and practical experience to act as advisor for blockchain projects.

1 min pitch for what you are doing now?

Constantly dealing with hundreds of requests and thousands of messages on a daily basis, because there is a new ICO every day. Reading up on the latest news from regulatory authorities, familiarising myself with the newest regulations and directives worldwide. Draft, re-draft, edit, amend contracts and other documentation, advise and assist companies wishing to enter the crypto-industry and building a blockchain advisory business that will outlive the short term hype that we experience now.

Why did you get involved with this ICO?

I always loved traveling, but the expectations are often far away from reality in this scene. The vision of GoneTrippin and the solution we offer will revolutionise the travel industry.
