Leading technology companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Google and E-commerce Expo Ireland, jewellery multi-channel retailer Argento and luxury clothing brand, Magee 1866 will be participating in a free to attend event in Dublin aimed at highlighting the growth challenges facing Irish e-commerce businesses.

The Irish E-commerce Landscape in 2018 event is being hosted on Thursday 1 February by IRP Commerce whose e-commerce platform, the IRP, has transacted in excess of €1 billion in e-commerce sales and has transformed the online fortunes of many of Ireland’s best-known companies.

There will be presentations on key trends for 2018, the need for Irish businesses to internationalise their offering, how best to leverage various marketing channels, the importance of understanding customers and how to get the most out of an e-commerce platform.

Sean Casey of Amazon Pay, who will be speaking at the event said, “Amazon Pay partnered with IRP in 2017 to help their merchants to better engage with the Amazon customer directly on their sites.
