GAME GOLF announce new jobs for their Galway office

Active Mind Technology — the leading player in the golf industry’s shot-tracking space — is to create up to four new jobs in Galway, Ireland, as the technology company expands the Mobile Software Development Team for its GAME GOLF suite of products.

Following on from the success of their latest mobile-driven wearable device, GAME GOLF LIVE, the company is now calling upon iOS and Android app developers to join the team that are changing the way people experience sports.

Originally founded in Galway in 2007, GAME GOLF’s Galway office is primarily focused on research and development of the company’s software and hardware products. This latest expansion will increase the company’s Irish workforce to 12 people.

“With the release of GAME GOLF LIVE, we can now give the everyday golfer stats and performance data in real-time on their iOS or Android phone”, says Vinny Coyne, Manager of Mobile Development at GAME GOLF. “We are leading the way in providing simple, essential information to our customers, not only on smartphones, but also on the Apple and Pebble smart-watches. Our goals are increasingly focused on mobile and wearable devices, and we’re really excited to expand the team that will help us build the next generation of our mobile products.”
