Frozen Contracts is Tesco Mobile’s promise to customers that monthly plan costs will remain unchanged throughout the duration of their contract. Unlike other mobile operators, Tesco Mobile will not increase prices mid-contract, providing peace of mind and financial predictability for customers who sign up for its 24-month bill pay plans.
Customers with an existing Tesco Mobile bill pay plan don’t have to worry about their contract thawing either, as they won’t face an increase in their bill for the duration of their contract.
