We chat with the impressive founder of this project David Kvitsiani , founder of CNICK Evolution to learn more about it
Tell us about your current focus / the NFTs?
CNICK Evolution is the world’s first agar art NFT, every artwork is hand drawn using living microbes such as: R.mucilaginosa, Rhodococcus sp., S.epidermidis, K.pneumoniae, M.luteus and E.coli. While the microbial art has a very short life span, which is usually up to one month, we are digitalizing it first and then immortalizing it on the blockchain. The total supply of the collection is 500, this limit is encoded in our Ethereum smart contract, making it a very limited NFT collection.
Artworks painted with microbes, CNICK Evolution
Owning CNICK EVolution NFT comes with the multiple benefits, everyone who mints it will receive our special edition smart ring free of any extra charge, also receive the art ownership rights that will be rewarded with our royalty program once we launch a store for merchandising and become a part of CNICK Community Club that will be an important part of our future product development.
What is exciting & unique about them?
Agar art is very unique, it’s hard to imagine how the invisible world of microbes can become so colorful by culturing microorganisms in certain patterns. It’s like living drawing that tell story, in our case the story is about Electric Vehicles that serve to save lives when the air pollution is such a huge threat to all of us.
While most of the NFTs are digital artworks of different animals or avatars we wanted to create something new, to be a pioneers of a new form of art in NFT ecosystem that is very beautiful and meaningful.
The final result of each drawing is unpredictable even for us, because there is some unexpected impact of the environment over the paintings that makes the NFT collection more unpredictable and unique”

Agar art deserves to have its place. We believe EVolution collection will become an inspiration for many agar artist worldwide to bring their art on blockchain. We will do our best to support this movement and increase the awareness.
Who is the Artist?
Ana Tsitsishvili is our lead artist. I met Ana in 2019 at TEDx where she was giving an amazing talk about agar art and how she discovered that the invisible world surrounding us is so amazing, colorful and unique.
Ana’s paintings have gained worldwide appreciation from press, media and microbiology associations like American Society for Microbiology (ASM).
Is it a logical background to what you are working on now?
We started CNICK with the goal to unify all the cards and keys in one convenient and reliable ring, that lead us to becoming the first company who launched a smart ring with Tesla key function in 2019. Since that, we have become a very active part of Tesla community and loved its spirit and the vision.
By developing CNICK Evolution NFTs we create unique living artworks that illustrate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and connect them to Tesla Key Rings. So our customers have a beautiful digital artwork stored on the blockchain and at the same time a physical limited edition smart ring that can lock, unlock and start Tesla, make payments and also stores link to the NFT.
Art has always been an important part of what we do, as every ring we produce is handmade by the artists using unique natural materials. CNICK rings are also fully customizable that enables our customers to bring their imagination to life. Indeed, we can say that every CNICK ring is a masterpiece.
What will happen next after success of the project?
First of all we will be focused on delivering all the benefits we promise, that includes shipping special edition smart rings to everyone who mints and requests it. Also we will launch store for merchandising and develop a rewarding program. Also we will actively continue our product development and the community will be very actively involved in the process.
What are your plans for the future?
We have really big plans regarding agar art, some of them are really crazy, including setting a world record. Also we plan to continue creating new collections that will be focused on the most important challenges we as a humanity are facing now.
How can people learn more about this project?
The best place to learn about CNICK EVolution is our website https://evolution.cnick.io/ and the discord channel.

The first drop will contain only 50 artworks and the cost of each NFT minting will be 0.1 ETH, price will be increased in the following drops, earlier you join the cheaper it is. Please also take into consideration the minting gas fee which can vary based on the Ethereum network traffic.
