This week, Facebook Ireland is partnering with Spectrm, global conversational marketing platform. Spectrm, who create conversational chatbots for brands across the world, will deliver this week’s ‘Boost with Facebook’ webinar entitled, ‘How to automate your answers to customer queries through Messenger’.

Tomorrow’s session at 12pm, will show businesses how to effectively engage and connect with customers through Facebook Messenger bot.

Experts will guide SMEs through the process of setting up a Messenger bot to effectively answer questions customers may have, helping businesses save time on manually replying to individual questions while sharing accurate business information and building stronger relationships with customers. The webinars are free and people can register to view them at Boost With Facebook.

‘Boost with Facebook’ is a free weekly webinar series providing training and support to Irish SMEs.

Commenting on the importance of supporting SMEs during COVID-19, Ciaran Quilty, Vice President of Global Business Group at Facebook said;
