As darkness draws in, protect properties with the EZVIZ ezGuard and ezGuard Plus all-weather outdoor Wi-Fi cameras with IFTTT compatibility
Deter criminals and monitor the home with motion detection, strobe lighting, 100 dB alarm and two-way audio
London, 25th October 2018: The ezGuard and ezGuard Plus are an all in one outdoor security solution that keeps properties protected throughout all seasons with full HD 720p (ezGuard) or 1080p (ezGuard Plus) video, alarm system, two-way audio, and motion detection all packed into a weatherproof and modern design. The cameras are controlled through an intuitive app and will also show live footage, working alongside Amazon Alexa to voice commands such as “Alexa, show me the front drive.” Additionally, the cameras are compatible with Google Assistant as well as Alexa and can be configured to trigger other smart home devices in the home when movement is detected outside.
The ezGuard and ezGuard Plus feature a remote activated alarm system which, when it detects activity, automatically starts to record and sends a notification directly to a linked mobile device using the EZVIZ app. Users can then choose to view the video feed live or watch a short recording. The two-way audio allows users to activate a loud siren from the 100 decibel speakers and switch on the strobe light to scare off the intruders or to shout at them directly.
Integrated with professional de-noising algorithm to filter background noise for enhanced voice quality, the internal waterproof microphone supports audio pickup within five metres and video recording with sound. The full HD 720p/1080p HDR technology and the integration of efficient infrared light (up to 30 metres), anti-reflection panel and ICR infrared filter delivers excellent clarity, day or night.
The ezGuard’s weatherproof IP66 housing allows functionality whatever the elements whilst the hard wired power and on-board recording provide additional safeguards if internet connection is lost. The devices two antennas offer a strong and reliable 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi connection from outside the property.
The ezGuard supports both ceiling suspension and wall-mounted installation with Cardan shaft rotation to suit all installation requirements.
Both cameras offer multiple storage options including Micro SD card, encrypted cloud storage and EZVIZ NVR. The cameras can even save to all three locations at the same time for added backup in case a camera is damaged or the network crashes. With the EZVIZ app or EZVIZ Studio, users can protect, capture, save and share what’s valuable to them.
