EZVIZ introduces its Mini Plus and Mini O HD smart security cameras with IFTTT integration to the UK

EZVIZ Inc. is ensuring consumers can head off on holiday this summer confident their homes are secure and protected. Mini O, Mini O Plus and Mini Plus high definition smart home cameras enable homeowners to keep a watch on their properties and receive a motion detection alert if there is any untoward activity with footage they can view on their mobile devices. All three cameras feature IFTTT integration, wide-angle video and audio coverage, real-time high definition viewing with exceptional night vision and two-way audio. The Ezviz Mini O is available from Argos, the Mini O Plus from Very for £39.99 and £59.99 and the Mini Plus (1080p) is available from Amazon for £79.99.

Mini Plus

Built upon the success of the EZVIZ Mini, the Mini Plus is the perfect indoor connected camera solution for any smart home. Equipped with 1080p video, a wider viewing angle, crisp and clear images, and 2-way audio, this camera is ready for the home—day or night. Unlike the Mini O, it is Dual Band capable, so you can dedicate it to either the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi channel on your Router to keep your home Wi-Fi network working efficiently.

The 135-degree-field-of-view lens means the Mini Plus can cover an entire room from the corner and the majority of it from the wall. Like the Mini O, the Mini Plus also works with IFTTT via the Ezviz channel, which allows users to link the Mini Plus to Amazon Alexa products, connected LEDs and other smart-home gadgets.

The Mini Plus features real-time HD video day and night and automatically switches to night vision for clear video, day or night. It also keeps users up-to-date with what’s happening at home with motion detection alerts.

The Mini Plus comes with a built-in speaker and microphone for easy two-way interaction and its magnetised base swivels 180°. It also includes a metal mounting plate so it can be placed virtually anywhere for added range and customisation.

Mini O and Mini O Plus

The incredibly affordable Mini O and Mini O Plus make it easy to keep an eye on what’s happening in any room as its magnetic base quickly clamps to any magnetic surface for simple set up. There is also the option of using a rubber adhesive or anti-slip silicone ring base, perfect for a sideboard or shelf. Once placed, you can adjust where the camera is aiming by moving it with your hand.

Using the simple EZVIZ App, the Mini O and Mini O Plus can easily be connected to the home wireless network and once connected, users can view 720p HD (1080p on Mini O Plus) video anytime from a smartphone, tablet or computer.

The Mini O and Mini O Plus are fully compatible with the Amazon Echo Show and Spot devices, as well as Google assistant and IFTTT. Name your camera and ask the voice assistant to show you the live video feed. With multiple storage options, you can also choose where to save your video footage.

Both cameras keep users up to date with what’s happening at home or business no matter where they may be with motion detection alerts to smartphones, tablets or computers. Ideal for keeping an eye on the children or pets and you can even remotely talk and share photos with family and friends. The camera comes with a built-in speaker for clear audio and a built-in omnidirectional mic that easily picks up voices and reduces background noise. In the evening, the Mini O and Mini O Plus automatically switches to night vision mode when light levels get low and offers a 125° viewing angle providing full room coverage.

The cameras are ideal for parents who are looking for a baby monitoring system giving a one-stop solution for looking or listening in. With a sleek design, two-way audio, HD day-and-night video and motion detection alerts straight to your phone, these affordable solutions will complete any nursery or offer true peace of mind knowing your home is protected.

All three cameras can record to the built-In SD Card Slot, Encrypted Cloud Storage, or the EZVIZ NVR. It is also possible to record to multiple storage options at the same time, in case a camera is damaged or the network goes down. The Cloud storage includes a free one-month trial with 7-day playback or if stored locally, the camera accepts up to a 128GB micro SD card.
