Dyson Launch Outlet on Ebay’s Irish Marketplace

Dyson has launched an outlet on ebay.ie meaning that Ireland’s shoppers can now make a more sustainable purchase and nab an almost-new Dyson too.

The Dyson official outlet on ebay.ie is stocked with genuine products from its vacuum cleaner and purifier range – all items are expertly refurbished, meaning that they have either been sold by Dyson and returned unused or have incurred minor cosmetic damage during handling.

Speaking about the launch of the eBay Dyson store, Colin McCallion, eBay Ireland’s Head of Commercial Operations, said: “Dyson products are the gold standard, and the brand is a favourite in many households, so we are thrilled to welcome Dyson to ebay.ie.

“Our shoppers will now be able to buy expertly refurbished Dyson products on our Irish marketplace and make great savings.

“Sustainability is a core value at eBay and our marketplace has become a go-to destination for buying and selling refurbished inventory.

“By choosing a refurbished product on ebay.ie, not only can shoppers pick up a brilliant bargain, but they can also help save the planet by extending the life of a product and preventing it from ending up in landfills.”

Jamie O’Brien, Managing Director of Dyson Ireland said: “Dyson was founded on a principle of lean engineering – doing more with less. We have put efficiency at the centre of our products, and this runs through all our business and operations.

“We’re committed to inspiring the next generation of engineers who will be empowered to design a more sustainable future through science and technology and work with several hundred suppliers around the world, we share a responsibility to the environment, and to the people involved in manufacturing Dyson machines and components.”

Buyers can shop genuine refurbished products with confidence on eBay, every machine will have passed a detailed inspection by Dyson’s engineers, before entering the eBay outlet store. Each product will also come with a warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Where necessary, Dyson will use genuine Dyson replacement parts to update the machines before reselling them on the eBay outlet. The products will also be thoroughly cleaned and will come with all required cables and accessories.

To celebrate the launch of the new eBay outlet, Dyson is offering a further 30% off the refurbished price of its award-winning V11 Outsize cordless vacuum.
