Discover Your Universe at Ireland’s first Space Week

Space Week is Ireland’s newest national STEM Week (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) running in parallel with World Space Week in association with Science Foundation Ireland and European Space Education Resource Office (ESERO) Ireland.

Taking place from October 3 – 8, over 150 events have been organised to take place throughout Ireland. People will enjoy space themed events like stargazing, astronomy talks, MoonCycles and space related workshops and activities, predominantly all free, to celebrate this year’s festival theme of ‘Our Planet, Our Space, Our Time’. Schools are also getting involved by joining in on the TARA Moon project in what should be the largest event of its type in the world!

A full programme of events can be found on www.spaceweek.ie
