The Digital Youth Council has announced the launch of a new STEM calendar on their official website. The Digital Youth Council has been working hard over the past few months to promote STEM to young people and hope the launch of the calendar will help to keep them updated about the different events that are happening.

Event organisers will be able to easily promote their events by contacting the council via the contact form on the website.

People will then be able to go to the DYC site and find upcoming STEM events, with a short description and a link to the event site.

“We are really delighted to be able offer this to young people. We feel the reason that a lot of young people don’t get involved in STEM events is because they simply don’t hear about it until it’s too late to apply or attend, so hopefully this will help. This is also really special because the release of the STEM Event Calendar marks one year of the Digital Youth Council, and we feel this is a great way to mark it,” said Harry McCann, Director, Digital Youth Council of Ireland.
