Dell EMC Ireland wins 2 Invest in Ireland Awards

Dell EMC Ireland has received two Invest in Ireland Awards. The awards, which were organised by IDA Ireland, were focused on rewarding excellence in the inward foreign direct investment sector in the Republic of Ireland. 2018 was the inaugural year of the awards with winners recognised across 10 different categories. Dell EMC were named winners of two categories.

The company won the Invest in Ireland Award Organisational Transformation Award for the successful reorientation of the Dell EMC Limerick campus and functions in recent years. A new vision for the campus was forged to reflect the future needs of customers who increasingly sought to harness new technologies in efforts to accelerate digital transformation.

IDA Ireland also presented the company with the Invest in Ireland Award for Diversity in light of Dell EMC’s commitment to creating a culture of diversity and belonging. The judging panel considered that the company had fostered a diverse and inclusive workplace, where people of all backgrounds are supported to do their best work and are celebrated for their achievements.

The inaugural Invest in Ireland Awards took place in Dublin on the 18th October with the aim of rewarding excellence in the inwards foreign direct investment sector in Ireland. Awards were presented across ten categories ranging from diversity and organisational transformation to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
