Amazon and Writing.ie are holding a daylong author event tomorrow in the Davenport Hotel in Dublin, and I caught up with Darren Hardy, the UK manager for Kindle direct publishing. Darren spoke to me about the event tomorrow, the costs involved in uploading and publishing your book, is the amount of pages in your book important, how to get your book noticed, and how your cover artwork matters. The event has sold out but it is been streamed to various libraries around Ireland and also the Kindle Publishing YouTube channel.
