This week we met a day late as I had family commitments – so Happy Monday everyone.

I had to confess to also being a bit lax on the research side of things – basically I had not been at my desk for much of the weekend, between radio shows, theatre and family events it had been a very crypto free weekend.

Having said that, I did host and attend an Algorand Meetup in Dublin on Wednesday night. You can view the updates here in another article I posted on Irish Tech News

Liina is also in the middle of a serious cryptocurrency article for a local Estonian business newspaper. She speaks of some of her findings – notably that pretty much every government in the world is looking at cryptocurrency and blockchain either in terms of regulation, adoption or management. Liina points out that in her native Estonia the government has divided the technology from the coins and has wholeheartedly adopted blockchain as a technology upon which to base government services. Indeed Estonia is the most digitally advanced government in the world.

I spoke about an amazing project that is looking to tokenise sunken treasure. PO8 is a fabulous idea that is linking government, sunken treasure, pirates and blockchain into one hot project. You can read more about it here.

And did I mention I was going to London next month to enjoy a Crypto Curry Lunch with the Crypto Curry Club.

So until next week – Have a Very Crypto Week
