CongRegation have announced this years event, #cong21, will be a blended event.
Although they had planned for a return to a normal face to face event in Cong this year, the precarious and uncertain nature of Covid-19 means that #cong21 will be a blended event.
All the rotating huddles will take place on Zoom on November 27th as per last year. However, for those happy to travel to Cong, they will also be facilitating logins from their favourite spots in Cong and also have use of the Crossroads Centre for those who wish to base themselves in one spot.
CongRegation said: “We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds from sociologists, technologists, startup experts, change management, innovation/disruption consultants but also psychologists, physicians, teachers, academics, business owners, politicians, researchers through to farmers, spiritual, mindfulness and healers.
“We are also looking for attendees from different age profiles to ensure the voices of all generations are heard. The range of backgrounds and age means no one direction of thinking dominates.”
Entry can still be earned with a 600-word article/video/audio submission on this year’s topic – Leadership – for inspiration see the list of topic ideas.
