Our Goal is to accelerate the Recruitment and Learning process for potential candidates in Cyber Security. The global and national shortage of recruits for Cyber has created the demand for different types of people to come into the Sector.
IBM and Immersive Labs have developed a solution that includes Cyber Security Aptitude testing with Watson AI Resourcing and a Cyber Academy. This will enhance the quality, accuracy and speed of Cyber Talent Identification and Retention in Private and Public Sector Organisations.
Based on IBM’s recent experience in the UK NHS, IBM is further developing a suite of innovative products to enhance the Cyber Security Talent acquisition and development process.
A good year – particular attention and interest in the CCAT (Commercial Cyber Aptitude Test) from a wide range of different clients – being used and developed by a number of ‘early adopter’ organisations in Ireland and UK.
To develop a range of innovative and interactive tools to improve the efficiency of the Cyber Security Talent identification, assessment and AI-based skill development processes.
– Cyber Aptitude testing and Watson AI Resourcing and Learning/Development Technology focusing on:
