What was the inspiration to start it?

The industry advisory board that saw the huge changes in the insurance industry, the emergence of hundreds of disruptive technologies and the need to modernise.

What exciting things can people look forward to?

Meeting hundreds of COOs and CEOs and CTOs from insurance and broker companies. Panels on customer journey, AI, machine learning, fraud and claims with the pioneering insurance and instech companies. Customer panels, where real life personal and commercial line customers talk about their views on insurance.

Join this guest talk to learn about what is possible and what some insurance companies are doing for their customers in China. Voice and face recognition, incident prevention, customer journey, claims process, building and using customer data, analytics, AI, machine learning – YOU WILL BE AMAZED!

What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
