Describe the company – the elevator pitch…

Vital Communications is a specialist public relations and marketing communications company for the healthcare sector.

The subject matter that organisations in the healthcare area are dealing with is quite often very sensitive and complex and companies can struggle to get their messages across.  In-depth knowledge of the area is vital to ensure healthcare companies can communicate their messages to medical professionals and the general public.

Our expertise in Vital Communications lies in our in-depth knowledge of the health sector, our combined marketing and PR skills and our passion for what we do.

How are you different?

At Vital Communications, we pride ourselves in talking straight and producing results.

We are experienced in delivering both marketing and PR programmes which means we can offer full marketing solutions for our clients including PR, social media, direct marketing and so on.  Some clients work with us for public relations only and others work with us to provide a full out-house marketing department for their businesses.

Why will the company / product do well?

The Company is doing really well so far having been established in 2013.  Our client base in the healthcare sector is growing all the time and all our business has come to us through word of mouth.

As long as we continue to deliver this high-end specialist results driven service, the Company will continue to grow.

Where are you based?

Vital Communications is based in offices in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.  The broadband is very good and we have never had any problem with it.  The Business in Dun Laoghaire group is putting a lot of effort in to attracting businesses to Dun Laoghaire and I would expect technology to keep getting better in the area.

How long will you stay there?

We are in the process of looking around for new offices as we have outgrown the office space we are currently in.  We would like to stay in Dun Laoghaire or somewhere in the vicinity of Dun Laoghaire.  The lunchtime walks on the Pier are great to clear the head!

When was the company launched?

The Company was set up in 2013 by Managing Director, Aoife O’Donnell .

What have been your biggest wins to date?

Growing our business has definitely been our biggest achievement to date.  From a starting point with a small client base in 2013, we have grown and evolved while at the same time established a reputation for ourselves as a leading healthcare communications agency.

What type of people are you trying to attract?

Vital Communications specialises in delivering targeted and results driven communications programmes for companies and organisations in the healthcare sector.  Our clients consist of specialist healthcare providers in audiology and dentistry, healthcare technology companies and diagnostic services providers.
