What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?
Everyone uses Tilkee from individual entrepreneurs and job seekers, to SMEs to large multinational accounts. We are mainly trying to attract larger accounts which are present across the European markets that we’re present in currently (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal).

Tell us about your team?
We’re a growing startup with a 20 person strong team (soon to be 25) which is now exporting internationally to Germany, Spain, Portugal, UK and France.
What are your favourite tech gadgets?
If I can talk about online tools then I’d say Zapier. It saves us a lot of time and frustratation at Tilkee as it automises marketing and sales tasks between different apps (gmail, tilkee, pipedrive etc) and no code is required.
