We have a different approach: we are experts in one craft (Conversion Optimisation) and aim to be the best in the World at it.

Nowadays, a lot of emphasis is made on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO – how to rank well on Google) or Social Media Management. Of course, this is critical for companies who want to generate new business online.
But very few know that optimising their website for conversions can be the difference between losing or making money.

Officially four months ago, but we’ve been working on Slices for the last 10 months.
What have been your biggest wins to date?
Without a shadow of the doubt, the ability to pay ourselves a salary after a few months without revenue.

What type of people are you trying to attract?
We want to work with companies relying on their website to generate leads or sales (B2B or B2C).
A minimum of 100 visitors a day is required to get the most out of our services (smaller companies can benefit from our digital marketing training).
Finally, we want to work with companies that are comfortable with change to achieve exceptional results.
Tell us about your team?
Louis Grenier, Founder of Slices Consulting, is the only employee full-time for the moment. We work with freelancers, contractors and agencies.
We’re also planning to hire a digital marketer in the next few weeks.
What are you long term plans for your product / company?
We want to be the best in the World at what we do. This means developing a unique conversion and retention process that delivers off-the-chart results for our clients.
We are planning to release some “productivised” services in the near future to scale the business further.
What are your favourite tech gadgets?
The Pomodoro app, allowing you to work for 25 minutes, then take break for five minutes. Best time-management technique out there.
What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?
The iKettle which let you boil your kettle with your smart phone, anywhere in your home.
