Business Showcase : Scrinium

By @SimonCocking

Describe the company – the elevator pitch

Scrinium reinvents portfolio investment in a way that is a 100% beneficial for all market participants. Every party involved receives significant profits from using Scrinium.

Why will you do well?

Scrinium is quite a groundbreaking project with no direct competitors on the market. We are taking online trading to the next level. Social trading has been becoming more and more popular in the recent years, although the risk of following an inconsistent trader and lose invested capital remains.

Scrinium is the solution. Based on the performance analysis of millions of traders around the world, it picks the most suitable and consistent traders and automatically creates an investment portfolio that fits every single private investor.

It makes Scrinium beneficial for all three participants of the process: traders receive rewards for profitable orders, investors are able to manage their funds in a smart way and liquidity providers experience a raise in trading volume.

Where are you based?

The HQ and most of the team are in Cyprus

When was the company launched?

We started developing the idea in March 2017, preparing the launch throughout autumn 2017 and Pre ICO stage was launched in December.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

Scrinium has collected 50% of the Pre ICO stage planned amount in the first 3 days of the pre ICO and we’re approaching the Pre ICO cap sooner than expected.

Who are you trying to attract to your product?

First of all, we’re targeting Investors, who are willing to benefit from ICO, when the coin hasn’t been introduced to the market yet. We’re sure it’s value will be growing shortly after the release of the product in 2018.
On the other hand we target traders who are willing to provide their portfolios to the Scrinium database, and get rewards in return.
Liquidity providers are our B2B partners, that are interested in high trading volumes that we will be able to sustain when Scrinium will be used by investors.

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

Every good idea requires a lot of effort in order for it to be implemented right. Everyday tons of ideas are born, but only few of them get to be developed. You need to see the big picture and plan ahead.

Tell us about your team?

We’re happy to have an international team of great professionals. Everyone is passionate about the idea and works hard everyday to achieve our common goal.

We have a very strong team of developers devoted to creating a unique product of high quality.

What are your plans for the future?

Scrinium as a product has a huge potential and we would like to see how it can change the industry of investment and present it to those, who are too far from the world of finance, yet always wanted to try out how it feels like to be a successful investor.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

We’re very excited about VR technologies, also we were quite amazed by Hyperloop technology presented at WebSummit 2016.
