Hotel prices tend to change after reservations are made. It doesn’t matter how much time and effort you put into finding the best deal, most likely your reservation will experience a price drop after reservation.

Pruvo is the Robin Hood of the hotel industry!  Pruvo is an automatic online service that takes an existing hotel reservation from any website, hotel or travel agency, tracks its price 24/7 and alerts the user once there is a better deal for the exact room within the same dates the user had already booked. The only requirement – reservation must have free cancellation option

How are you different?

All the well-known platforms are very good at providing you with the best price available at the moment of booking, Pruvo tracks price drops that occur after the client reserved, and notifies them so that they can book the exact same hotel room at a cheaper price

Why will you do well?

We are already doing well and the reasons are:

  • We solve a huge problem (40% of reservations experience price drops of up to 67% off the original hotel price)
  • Our service is free for the user (we get paid commission from the booking platforms after the new reservation was made)
  • Extremely viral – Since we save people money unexpectedly, once we find someone a better price, they share Pruvo with all their friends

  • We managed to be profitable while bootstrapped on a very low marketing budget

  • Build a small team where each one has a different speciality, not all techies.
  • If you aren’t passionate about the PROBLEM you are solving, only your product itself, you could find yourself in a problem

What are your plans for the future?

  • Grow exponentially in the B2C market, as more and more travellers experience price drops and share Pruvo results with others.  Plus, do to our increased marketing budget and high-quality PR, we expect to be processing 100,000 reservations a month by December 2018.

Anything else you’d like to add/we should have asked?

  • Pruvo does not provoke or influence price drops, we just find them.
  • The client is in control THE WHOLE TIME.  Pruvo does not make any changes to the customer’s reservation.  We only alert them and guide them throughout the rebooking process.
  • Even if you paid upfront for a free cancellation reservation and cancelled, you will automatically be reimbursed within 7 business days by the hotel/booking platform you originally used to book.
  • No risk.  If you didn’t hear back from us – means you booked the best price.  If we find you a lower price – you save money!
