Describe the company – the elevator pitch … is the world’s first project oriented talent and opportunity portal for digital project people and digitally focused companies. We make it easier than ever for project people to find their perfect digital assignment and for employers to find the most relevant project people within digital.


How are you different?

Our project people profiles give employers and recruiters a comprehensive insight into a job-seeker’s experience, skills and digital expertise. We know that if someone is working on a project that they love, they will excel! We enable our candidates to be found by the types of projects that they enjoy. If they love ecommerce, web builds and integrated campaigns, for example, will enable their profile to be seen by employers seeking people with these exact areas of expertise

As well as by industry and role, our employer/recruiter job listings are categorised by nature of project – so if an employer has an opening for a Project Manager that must have mobile application and social commerce experience, their listings will only appear with others that sit in that category. This means that their listings will be found by the right people and never get mixed with irrelevant projects.

Why will the company / product do well?

We will do well because currently the recruitment industry and other job board products do not reflect the fact that the industry is candidate driven and the skill sets of most people working in digital are of high demand. If you work in digital, you have a choice of where you would like to work however finding a job is difficult because most of the job boards are saturated with poorly written job adverts that do not give you an insight into the type of projects that you will be working on.

We eliminate this by giving digital people the option to search only jobs that reflect the types of projects that they have worked on previously or would like to work on. Similarly, If you are and employer and need to find a digital person, existing solutions do not give you insights into the projects that they have worked on previously. Our employers can search for people based upon the type of projects that they need to employ them for.

Where are you based? 

Based in and out of coffee shops and Google Campus in London, broadband is good… We will continue to work like this until we grow our team to 5 people. At the moment utilising coffee shops and google campus works well as we do not need masses of space. We believe in doing things that are truly going to benefit our users experience. Having an office does not impact our users experience just yet….

When was the company launched?


What have been your biggest wins to date?

Our biggest win is yet to come, now that we have launched the product – the hard work starts.

What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?

Our target audience is all who work within digital and organisations who employ people for to conduct digital operations

What are you long term plans for your product / company?

Our goal at the moment is primarily to acquire users through a number of channels and marketing efforts. However one our round of investment we will be raising money to create our mobile applications aswell as an intelligent job/project matching system.

What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?

Our plan is to adopt Data Science technologies and Methodologies to better serve our job seekers and people seekers.
