The Payportal platform connects Indian service providers such as banks, mobile operators, digital TV operators and utility companies with public through a WALLET. A wallet number is linked to a mobile number of the owner.

The business area of our Company is Delhi where we successfully manage 80 distributors and 2300 retailers.

Retailers use Payportal wallet to satisfy walk-in customers’ requests to make bill payments, recharges and domestic money transfers pan India in easy and secure way. On-line customers enjoy all wallet features remotely.

The platform is utilizing the advantages of personal computers and smart phones. Customers and Retailers can access wallet services at the secure web page through the standard web browsers ( or benefit IOS and Android applications available at App Store and Google Play.

On the blockchain platform we wish to implement cross border money transfers service between Indian migrants living abroad and their families in home country. As the Payportal has advanced experience in domestic money transfers, we plan to realize this part of the project based on own crypto currency PPTL Coin. PPTL coins will be acceptable as a means of payment and will be convertible into Indian rupees for the final leg of transaction.

How are you different?

Payportal focuses on quality services and long term relationships with our partners.

We plan to have all Indian billers in our wallet.

We will be the first notifying customers about their bills due by SMS and push notifications over mobile phones.

We were the first who built a competition style platform for retailers, based on targets, achievements, leaders view and rewarding.

We will be the first who implement blockchain for cross-border remittances and make prices less expensive comparing to the market.

Because we already doing well and our business grows. Payportal has an outstanding working platform. Our team and advisors have more than 20 years of experience in payment systems and remittances. We have strategic understanding where we would like to be and how to get to there. We have blockchain solution to built secure and user-friendly system for all Indian community worldwide.

Where are you based?

Delhi, India. Also we completed negotiations about opening a company in ZUG Switzerland.

When was the company launched?

Payportal Services Private Limited has been established in 2011 under the laws of India.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

We brought international experience to our team and learned a lot from Indians too. Our company was able to achieve 45% growth in sales last year while Indian market was suffering from demonetization, launching of anti-money laundering regulations and new Government taxation rules (GST). During 2016-2017 many our competitors left the market. We were able to improve our platform and strengthen the team.

 What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

Don’t be afraid. However, investments must not affect your life.

Focus on team as people are the most valuable asset of the company. Listen to others. Never stop learning. Never put all eggs into one basket.

Find a need in the market or ask a simple question to yourself – What I would like to change to make my life better, happier, easier? – an answer could be a business idea.

Look for tips in Internet and books, as basic knowledge is essential.

Tell us about your team?

There are over 20 people in Payportal team. Our team is unique. We know each other more than 10 years, except Indian managers acquainted with us since 2012. We have built many projects in our native country – Kazakhstan, successfully launched and developed few companies. We participated in many payment systems development projects as members of the WorldBank team, in many countries. Our team has brilliant minds in IT infrastructure, data processing, blockchain, security, sales and marketing. However, we do not have people with a Know-How approach. I wish every company has the same team as we have.

 What are your plans for the future?

Short term plans are available in road map. Medium term plans are to enter the TOP 3 Indian companies in bill payments, to be the first in cross-border remittances. Long term plans are to expand to other countries like Nepal, Pakistan, others.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

We focus on our customers’ preferences. There are: mobile phones, tabs, personal computers.

What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?

We wish to create something that could substitute payment cards. We wish some liquidity left bank accounts and be available in secure blockchain space with easy access for retail transactions.
