What have been your biggest wins to date?
Our Product has pivoted over the past 6 months, once we developed the Nudgespot Messenger. The new product has attracted over 2000 new users since we pivoted.
What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?
SaaS startups, Customer Success Managers, Product Marketers, Small Online Businesses, eCommerce companies, Enterprise Businesses.
Tell us about your team?
We are a team of 20 quirky individuals who love what we do and are great at doing it. The air in the Nudgespot office is always filled with the buzz of ideas and activity. We love bouncing ideas off each other, seeing our work produce awesome results, playing pool, and stepping out for beers after a productive day.
What are your long term plans for your product / company?
We want our platform to make it easier for businesses to acquire new customers and for customers to reach businesses for solutions.
What are your favourite tech gadgets?
Our developers love GitHub, our design team loves Sketch, our growth team loves Quickmail and our Sales team loves Salesforce. Over 90% of our team use Apple Laptops. We love discovering new tools and services that make our work easier.
