The motivation behind the conception and development of Iconic is linked to two basic difficulties that its founders had to deal with professionally: the incompatibility of venture capital and traditional private investment markets with a retail model; and regarding the ICO way of investing, the problem of security and the absence of an economic model of incentives to the good behavior of those make the offers.
How are you different?
The idea of self-governance in the ICO market only has only developed itself from a cultural perspective. So although we have the blockchain to provide fewer transaction costs and a lot of liquity to the investor, there is so far no solution to deal with the problem of bad behavior on the part of crypto-funded companies and projects.
Iconic was born to address a solution for this issue, by providing an environment that allows investors to audit funded projects and businesses, to have conflicts of interests solved through arbitration or even by simply choosing to buy tokens from escrowed projects.
We want to create an ecosystem that presents the right incentives for the formation of a healthy environment for investments through blockchain.
In addition, Iconic believes that the greatest value it offers to the blockchain environment is credibility. This was the reason why the company made sure to work and be close to reliable and remarkable professionals, including inviting an independent agent, widely known in Brazil, to be in the position of Iconic’s ICO escrow manager, providing therefore a guarantee to token buyers that the raised funds will be only cleared to the company according to the successful fulfillment of pre-established milestones.

Why will you do well?
Our planning and business design was thorough since the company’s first steps. The professionals, with real experience in business administration, were careful to only bring the project to market after maturation and finalization of all the details of it. Iconic is bringing to the market not only ideas, the company is born with two future impacting and guaranteed ICOs, both with the product conception already designed and the project development already started.

Who are you trying to attract to your product?
From the project side, we want to have not only technology entrepreneurs, but also traditional businesses reinventing themselves to enjoy every benefit of the idea of decentralized trust that blockchain provides.
From the user/investor side, our goal is to expand the regular blockchain-investor-profile to cover also users seeking for investments with extra layers of security.
In a second moment, with the consolidation of the business, the company will expand its activity aiming to attract new public profiles to the blockchain universe.
What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?
Work as hard as can to control your faith, so that you can be proud of yourself under any circumstances, even if you fail.
Tell us about your team?
There is a diversification of functions and experience in the professionals that integrate Iconic. The company came about through a lawyer, a marketing professional and an IT professional who have united their interests, capacity and work to solve problems that were very tangible in their activities. With the evolution and development of the business, other professionals were sought for specific functions, some of whom remain with the company to this day and others who have followed new paths.
Today, one of Iconic’s main assets is to have a cohesive, intelligent and eclectic team.
What are your plans for the future?
We would love to have our hard cap met so we can not only deliver the ecosystem as complete as possible, but also to enable the adoption of an accelerated expansion strategy.
If we can help popularize the concept of ICO with a high degree of governance, maybe we can start to see small neighborhood businesses born by the power of blockchain.

What are your favorite tech gadgets?
I love those cheap gadgets, those gadgets that you never though exist but you are able to buy with less then $10.
In addition to the cheap gadgets, I simply love high-end headphones.
What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?
I think I would love to have discrete but fully interactive and functional smart glasses. I would love to play a poker tournament while walking, to be online and 100% updated on news and events while running.

Our communication program is extensive and was thought to communicate Iconic’s vision of the future of ICO market. We have it expressed in every aspect of our campaign, “Let’s move the chains”.
