We are group of senior developers working with clojure, ML and blockchain. We only work remotely. Our clients include: alza.cz evolta.fi foldapp.com
How are you different?
We are a group of independent developers. There is no “man in the middle” and we make all of our strategic decisions together. We have chosen to move away from a hierarchy style of management, which is not effective or productive. Our team is “senior only.”
Why will you do well?
Many members of our team are former business IT consultants, managers and architects with experiences regarding the economy, marketing and product development. We are senior developers with eight years of professional experience with companies such as TPCA, Škoda, Porsche, Huawei and ESET

We are based in Prague, Czech Republic.

What have been your biggest wins to date?
Developing the whole back-end for the largest e-shop in central Europe – www.alza.cz
Who are you trying to attract to your product?
Our product is focused on knowledge and senior development skills.
What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?
To grow your business, you need to educate yourself every day.
Tell us about your team?
Flexiana is remote team of an independent senior Clojure developers and geeks who left huge corporations and corporate bureaucracy to work on projects we enjoy. Flexiana is a team of world-class experts with 7+ years experience and PhD degrees in Machine Learning or Mathematics.
What are your plans for the future?
To become the Number 1 dev team that is focused on Blockchain and Machine learning.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?
In terms of technology and devices, we prefer to be flexible, using whatever is necessary to achieve our desired results. That’s why we are Flexiana.

We are open to new projects. We can either advise and consult ICOs, or join a core team to help boost development.
