Describe the company – the elevator pitch …

CollierMedia are a social media marketing agency. We look to enhance brands through various social media platforms and open them up to a wider audience of potential customers.

How are you different?

We offer a personable service meaning there is an actual person behind your social media accounts. Nowadays, people will offer a social media management service, but have a computer or robot who does the work for them. We don’t do that. We invest all of our time in helping your business succeed.

Why will the company/product do well?

Social media is a growing market which will only get bigger. The social platforms that you see today may change, but as a culture and environment – social media is staying. It is the most effective way of interacting with billions of people.

Where are you based?

Andover, Hampshire, UK.

When was the company launched?

January 2017.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

Securing our first client, as a new start business bringing on your first client is the best feeling in the world.

What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?

We are keen to work with any business. Right now, social media is most effective for B2C businesses. However, I have no doubt over the next 2 to 3 years, B2B businesses will be heavily engaged on many social platforms. Why not get ahead of the curve?

Tell us about your team?

At the moment it is just myself in the business. However I have some great growth plans in place to bring on a number of new members of the team. With these new members, we are able to help many more businesses thrive on social media.

What are your long term plans for your product/company?

Long term plans are to help as many businesses as possible succeed. Social platforms that when utilised correctly, can be so important in the growth of the company. This is the future of marketing.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

I don’t have that many gadgets in the locker at the moment, but my work laptop – Apple Macbook Air 11″ is super cool.
