Black Phoenix Capital is a London based financial company working in capital markets, strategic planning, regulatory consultancy and banking.

How are you different?

When we started Black Phoenix Capital we wanted to create something more than just another financial company. We wanted to build something that people instinctively knew they could rely on. Something that has a focus beyond the bottom line. Transparency and success are our catalyst.

Why will you do well?

Our goals with each and every single client is to ensure their long term success. We will only enter into a partnership with a company if we also believe in what they are trying to achieve. In our experience the extra 1% if found in the care and belief behind a product not just the money.

Where are you based?

We are based in London with teams strategically placed around the globe.

When was the company launched?

The company was launched in 2018 although I and the team have over 50 years of experience in this sector between us.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

We have partnered with some truly exciting companies from Elements Estates which are completely changing the distressed property market to Fan360 which will change how we all follow sports. These are exciting wins for us.

Who are you trying to attract to your product?

We look for people with passion and vision. We are looking for tech companies including STO/ICO companies that are looking to raise capital from the thousands of investors on our books. We are also looking for companies looking to list their tokens including Security Tokens on regulated exchanges.

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

Be transparent. This is a keyword for me personally and professionally. If you are fully transparent in all things you will always have peace of mind to act decisively and strongly.

What are your plans for the future?

2019 we are going through enormous growth. We are taking on an additional 15 employees in 5 countries. We have entered into strategic partnerships with 5 companies already this year and we are looking to work with 50 more over the next 12 months.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

Has to be the robot cleaner at home. Charges itself, cleans efficiently and is also free entertainment for the dog.
