Arbi is a professional licensed Escrow service company for ICOs.
Our mission is to protect investor’s funds during ICO and to provide a full range of legal services to ICO teams. Arbi has an agreement with Swiss Escrow-company licensed by FINMA (local financial regulator), thus providing fully legal and transparent Escrow for ICOs.
How are you different?
So far, the issue of Escrow and proper Escrow agents is becoming more and more essential. The current status of Escrow agents is vague and undetermined: ICO teams are choosing between the options of assigning some random people from BitcoinTalk, putting some unknown pictures of “experts” and claiming that they hold the keys from multisig, or even not assigning an Escrow at all. The last option is the most common one, meaning that all of the investors’ funds are directly and fully managed by the projects Team, no matter of the progress of the project and its credibility. This leads to scammy practices when the project’s Team is free to run away / claim that they were hacked and misappropriate the funds – the official numbers round up to 10% out of total money raised, whereas I personally feel like that this number is two-three times bigger.
Our main difference is that we are an independent licensed organization with proper offline Escrow background and understanding of how to adapt it to ICOs.
Why will you do well?
We have great experience in offline Escrow, now this service is coming to online and crypto – we have the skills and knowledge to do that. Even though we just started with our product launch, we have already received several requests on our services, showing that our idea is needed and viable.

We have a Swiss-Russian partnership company, our ICO-team is in St Petersburg, Russia and legal Escrow agents are in Zurich, Switzerland.

What have been your biggest wins to date?
We have been providing multimillion offline Escrow agreements, as well as solid experience in Assets protection for HNWI
Who are you trying to attract to your product?
The market in general, and that’s the point of launching our own ICO – we want to explain investors and ICO teams the necessity of regulations in this field, it is both beneficial for the parties: investors get guarantees, the projects get more reliability and institutional funds. Our target audience right now is ICO teams, who are willing to do a proper ICO with Escrow service.
What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?
Look for an opportunity – there is always one. A good concept with proper efforts will make it happen.
Tell us about your team?
Our team consists out of two blocks: the operational team, based in Russia, with the main focus on IT and marketing; and Experts pool in Switzerland. Furthermore, we have several respected Advisors, who worked with Bancor, KickICO and other important projects in the market.
What are your plans for the future?
Our main goal is to grow to a global company, providing Escrow and legal services to crypto-world, especially ICOs. Except that, there are big opportunities for working with the government on local levels in terms of regulations and structuring the whole crypto community.
What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?
If you consider smart contract a tech gadget, we are developing a new type of smart contracts with adaptation to ICO needs – there were a couple of examples on the market so far, but still, no product fully executing the process.
