RewardMob is launching a Ticket Sale on March 13th, 2018 as part of its expansion into the competitive mobile eSports market. The sale will mark the beginning of the first skill-based gaming platform created on blockchain technology.

RewardMob launched the Free-to-Play version of it’s app on Android and Apple in January 2018 and has added over 55,000 registered players in the first 30 days.

“By integrating our own digital currency into the app, we solved several key issues for both developers and players, as well as within our own application. Problems such as delayed payments, chargebacks, and fraudulent activity have all been alleviated through the use of blockchain technology and integration of the RMOB token.“ Says Todd Koch, CEO of RewardMob.

RewardMob has already partnered with several leading mobile game developers including BigCode Games, GameAnax, Dumadu Games, and PlayPay Games. Combined, these studios have over 150 million game installations.

RewardMob has taken a novel approach to a traditional Initial Coin Offering (ICO). The team hopes that their upcoming “Tournament Ticket Sale” will create a model for other companies to follow.

This is how it works: as RewardMob already has a working product and integrated token in place, the goal is to broaden the user base by attracting players, not simply speculators. Therefore, tickets purchased during the sale will be used to enter Pay-to-Play tournaments, as well as allow players to skip the qualifying rounds for high roller tournaments on the Free-to-Play platform. Ticket purchasers will receive RMOB tokens as a bonus for participating in the sale. The number of tokens received will be dependent on the amount of tickets purchased and the stage of the sale (early participants will receive a higher number of tokens). The only other way to obtain tokens is by earning them through game play or winning them in skill-based competitions on the Free-to-Play platform. To date, RewardMob players have won or earned over 3 million RMOB tokens.

The upcoming ticket sale will not only act as a promotional event, but will also attract players to a new movement in mobile eSports – cryptogaming. The revenue from the sale of tickets will flow back into prizing and marketing so that the company can further attract players, game developers and advertisers to the platform.

RewardMob has created a telegram channel  to provide real-time player support in a community environment.
