Beat the GDPR Deadline with Free Nationwide Shred Events

DiskShred will visit Sandyford and Dun Laoghaire in Dublin on the 23^rd May and Cork on the 24^th May, providing businesses, clubs, associations and householders with the opportunity to dispose of paper records and hard drives free of charge prior to the GDPR deadline on the 25^th May. Additional future shredding events will be confirmed following the deadline.

As an EU-wide law, GDPR will require all members of the community and business owners to be aware of the risks when dealing with personal data. GDPR will give greater power to regulators to sanction companies that misuse personal data or fail to demonstrate transparency about how they utilise this data. Companies that attend the shredding events will be entitled to shred up to 10 bags of paper and 10 electronic devices, free of charge.
