IT services and networking company, Arkphire, has been accredited as Ireland’s first Apple Authorised Enterprise Reseller. This latest appointment will now see Arkphire teaming up with other specialist Apple Mobility Partners to offer and support customised Mobile Device Management solutions built around Apple iOS and the portfolio of applications developed for iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch.
The launch of this service is part of Arkphire’s goal to empower businesses and their respective field sales and service agents in particular. Arkphire is also responding to the needs of its customers, which include some of the leading US tech multinationals based in Ireland, that see the value in embracing modern mobile technologies that can address real-business challenges and transform the world of work.
Commenting on this significant Apple Enterprise Accreditation, Bríd Graham, Product Division Team Lead at Arkphire said: “We see this appointment as a real endorsement by Apple in the resources and capabilities of Arkphire to support businesses in Ireland in the area of mobility transformation. Collaborating with Apple Mobility Partners, we are excited to be bringing a new offering to the Irish market supported by the highest levels of Apple accreditation and service.
“The world of work is no doubt changing and we see great growth potential for both Arkphire and Apple to play its part in helping organisations embrace transformative digital and mobility technologies, including Big Data, Augmented Reality and Internet of Things to solve problems, create new revenue streams, reduce costs and empower their employees to embrace the app revolution.”
The appointment of Arkphire as Apple’s first Authorised Enterprise Reseller builds on an existing relationship between the two companies that has seen Arkphire operate as an Apple Authorised Reseller for the past eight years. Achieving ‘Enterprise Reseller’ status brings the relationship to another level that has required further significant investment in building Arkphire’s resources and professional skill sets, which includes a dedicated team of Apple specialists and a 24/7 help-desk support service. The newly launched and comprehensive Apple Enterprise all-in-one package is designed to cover device procurement, system set-up, security infrastructure, pre-built software apps and managed support services. Arkphire can also wrap the complete offering in a competitive lease financing package where required.
Following today’s announcement, Arkphire and Apple will be hosting a formal industry event, themed around ‘mobility transformation’. The event is scheduled to take place on 28 September in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. To register, please visit: www.arkphire.com/apple-event
