AppleCare Screenshare

If you ever have a problem with an Apple product, contacting AppleCare, if still in warranty, has always being one of the best options, but if the problem is with a Mac device sometimes it can be difficult to explain the problem to the AppleCare rep over the phone or by online chat?

Now however Apple have updated their support site allowing you to screen-share with the rep!

Previously this had to be initiated by the rep but now users can do it themselves, making finding a solution to your problem a lot easier.

To initiate screen-sharing you are offered the option of downloading a small temporary application-
