Apple have sent out invites for a March 7th event in San Francisco at which it’s expected they will announce the iPad 3. Rumour has it that it will be a 4G device powered by a 2Ghz dual core processor with a 2048 x 1536 screen. Other rumoured features include NFC, an SD card slot and gestures like the PlayBook ( Apple may drop the home button altogether). Well whatever it has we’ll find out on March 7th. Stay tuned to ITN as it’s unveiled and let us know if you’re thinking of dropping 500euro on one too.
