Agile-Lean Ireland Expands to create Agile Lean International with its first international conference taking place in Frankfurt, Germany

The ALI team has announced that they will host an Agile-Lean International global community event in Frankfurt, Germany on November 27th. The Agile-Lean International Conference will feature the best local community speakers in addition to some of the very best speakers on Agile and Lean in the world.

Dedicated to spreading Agile and Lean learnings and experience to the Irish and international community over the past four years it has experienced unprecedented success since its inception in 2015 with just 30 delegates attending the first Agile Lean Ireland event to 1500+ delegates in April 2019.

With the continued success of Agile-Lean Ireland’s annual community-led conference, recognized the need to expand the conference to an international stage which will become a reality this November as Agile-Lean International will host its inaugural conference in Frankfurt, Germany on November 27th with keynote speaker, Jonathan Smart, who was a lead in one of the largest banking Agile transformations in the world at Barclays, and is a world-renowned keynote speaker.

The Agile-Lean International Conference 2019 will feature the best local community speakers in addition to some of the very best speakers on Agile and Lean in the world. Promising to connect communities with world-class with local and international speakers.

ALI Frankfurt will be organised by the community for the community, just like the previous events in Ireland.and will include talks and workshops on;

· Agile in banking and insurance

· Agile leadership

· Scaling agile

· Scrum

· Kanban

· Agile product management

· Agile development and testing

· Agile in HR and many more

This one day event will take place at Le Méridien Frankfurt, Germany on 27th November and will welcome 150 delegates working in Executive Leadership, Project and Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Business Analysts, Consultants, Developers, HR Leadership, Marketers, Product Managers, Software Testers and Recruiters.

The conference will feature the cream of International and Irish speakers, with a mix of talks, workshops, coaches clinic and lightning talks. Delegates will hear stories – from the numerous fantastic speakers in the community – of how to achieve success and rise to the top through learning from adversity.

Joanna Koprowicz, spokesperson, said of the growth of Agile-Lean Ireland to form Agile-Lean International, “Our goal as a community is to help grow knowledge for: Leaders, Agile/Lean Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Project Managers, UX Designers, Developers, Testers, and those working outside software development areas, such as HR and Marketing.”
