Kathleen Holland has been appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) at leading advertising network, Adforce.com. A digital marketing professional with over 13 year’s experience, Holland will be responsible for streamlining operations as well as developing and implementing strategic and innovative client digital marketing plans to support Adforce.com’s growth objectives in Europe and North America.

Prior to Adforce.com Holland worked with Canadian digital marketing solutions provider, Olive Media (a Torstar Digital venture) with the goal of offering Canadian advertisers a better way to reach highly-engaged digital audiences on premium Canadian and US sites. She held the role of Manager, Client Services for four years, guiding teams in Toronto and Montreal in the execution of the organisation’s sales strategy and customer service delivery.

From 2007 to 2011, Holland was with Toronto media company, Torstar Digital. As Implementation Specialist she designed and facilitated processes to handle the company’s influx of new clients. She also acted as Reporting Analyst for the company’s CRM solution, NetSuite.

Other former employers include Yahoo!, Bell Media and Sony Canada.

Holland holds professional qualifications in a number of fields including web analytics, e-learning and business analysis from the University of Toronto.
