A First: Digital Dún Laoghaire’s Free Business Clinics @ PierConnect

PierConnect is Dún Laoghaire’s first co-working space (a collaboration between Bank of Ireland and Dún Laoghaire Business Improvement District (BID)).  It accommodates day-to-day work, monthly meet-ups, fireside chats with guest speakers, and mentoring support from the Bank of Ireland’s (BOI) Innovation Team.  During its official launch, a new free service for business owners in Dún Laoghaire was announced: Digital Dún Laoghaire Office Hours @ Pier Connect.

What is it?

Whether you’re an existing company based in Dún Laoghaire or thinking of locating there and looking for support and advice about developing your business then you’re in luck.  The first of its kind, Digital Dún Laoghaire Office Hours are free business clinics available once a month for you to get the support and advice you need.

Who will be at the clinics?

Business people in Dún Laoghaire will share their knowledge and expertise free to help BID members and other companies looking for support.

What is available?

Clinics will provide access to free local expert insights and advice on the challenges and opportunities that companies may encounter when growing their businesses. Topics will include:

– Law

– Strategy

– Design/Branding

– Finances

Where and when?

Clinics will take place in PierConnect, 101 Upper George’s Street, each month. The first is being held on June 28^th.

How to book your slot?

There will be 30-minute slots available from 9 am to 12 noon on Wednesday, June 28^th.

They will be divided into 2 x 30 minutes slots per subject i.e. 2 on strategy; 2 on design/branding, etc.
