A Digital Change Masterclass by Nearfuture, November 26th Dublin

By @SimonCocking

Great to feature the Digital Transformation Team again, they will be running a Digital Change Masterclass for 20 people only. There is an early bird masterclass price until November 13th, book here .

Digital is not only changing the shape of all sorts of traditional businesses across Ireland but, what’s more, this is a change to be positively welcomed.

Near Future are a focused consultancy helping clients to successfully deliver that digital change and believe it will make businesses more profitable and greatly improve the workplace environment. The hardest thing of all about making a change is our own innate fear of change, something that exists to some degree in each and every one of us. Near Future are offering two new initiatives to make it easier.

1. Ireland’s first State of Digital Transformation report

The gathering of data for this report has just begun and there are already seeing contributions from sectors as diverse as food manufacturing, financial services and retail. The report will allow senior executives in traditional sectors to measure their progress against their peers.

2. One day practical Digital Transformation Masterclass

On 26th November three experienced advocates for digital change will share their experience of how to plan and execute change in medium to large businesses.

Using examples taken from actual case studies across the globe they will show how to break the need for change brought about by digital into discrete stages and then successfully implement those stages in a business, It tackles the needs of medium to large businesses in traditional sectors who are under pressure to change because of digital.

Those stages could be anything from internal processes and culture through to external communications and marketing.

It is a practical one day workshop with a number of group exercises and limited to 20 people.
