CoinTrain is offering a one-day course in Dublin for those who want to learn about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to enhance their knowledge and make informed decisions on investing in them. Barry O’Connor, Director at CoinTrain and also one of Ireland’s leading independent Blockchain and crypto experts tells us more about it.
When and where is it on?
Saturday 25th of November, 2017 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown Centre, Blanchardstown.
How many years has it been going?
We are not long in business, but we have spent some time educating people on crypto currencies. We decided to take all the demand and run a group session.
What was the inspiration to start it?
We realised that it was very hard to find a basic explanation for crypto currencies. We have done some testing in the market and the response is very positive.
What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
It is our aim to ensure that the attendees will be able to understand and place Bitcoin and digital currencies in general, within an appropriate technical, currency, regulatory, legal and monetary context. We also aim that they will master a basic usage skills in digital currencies.
Who will be speaking?
The course will primarily be delivered by me.
What tips would you give to people attending to get the most out of it?
We would ask that the attendees have used online banking and have experienced one or more of the payment providers like PayPal or Fire.
How can people book tickets / when does it usually sell out?
We are limiting the group size to 10 so that we can ensure that everybody really understands what can be difficult topics. You can book on our website at www.coin-train.com.
Anything else you’d like to add / we should have asked?
Don’t worry if this session is full, we will be running more, early in 2018.
