Medimorpho Micro Blood Lab was selected as winner of the digital health technologies pre-accelerator at NDRC which is sponsored by eir Business and Bank of Ireland.. Led by founder Joseph O’Brien, Medimorpho is a GSM enabled small, portable blood lab.
Run in partnership with e-Health Ireland ( a part of the HSE), the aim of the pre-accelerator was to bring together health and technology experts to find digital solutions to healthcare challenges. Thirteen entrepreneurs won a place on the programme, based in NDRC, with ideas that ranged from digital diagnostic tools to assistive technology. The idea owners were linked with over 100 volunteers with backgrounds in health and technology.
