STATION F have announced and launched on the 10th of June the second group of its Female Founders Fellowship, which features 15 female entrepreneurs.
‘When you think about tech founders, you immediately have in mind mostly male creators of some of the largest tech companies, the truth is that there are so many female-entrepreneurs’ said Marwan Elfitesse, Head of Start-up Programs &Services at STATION F.

45% of the 1,000+ start-ups at STATION F are female-founded or co-founded, highlighting STATION F’s dedication to diversity
The Female Founders Fellowship is a program aimed to advance the success of exemplary female founders through dedicated support, workshops, and mentoring.
Each year a group of 15-20 potential female-founded start-ups is chosen to join the 6-month program, with the focus of empowering their founders.
Goldman Sachs has partnered up with STATION F for the development of the program and offer resources to the new recruits this year, the Launch with GS is an investment strategy based on the belief that diverse teams drive strong returns.
Through their launch, Goldman Sach’s aim to increase access s to capital and facilitate connections for women, Black, Latinx, other diverse entrepreneurs, and investors.

• Emmanuelle Roger (Immersiv.io): Immersiv.io reinvents the sports fan experience with Augmented Reality, Leveraging Augmented Reality, Machine Learning and 5G, this enables a display in real-time, match statistics and insights on top of players.
• Laure Wagner (1km à Pied): Commuting management HR solution. 1km à Pied analyses and optimizes the daily commutes of companies’ employees based on the HR file.
• Maeliza Seymour (Codist.ai): Code documentation powered by AI.
• Julie Bonnecarrère (Northern Lights Entertainment): Northern Lights Entertainment brings engagement, politics, and environmental issues in a massively multiplayer online strategygame: Nebulae.
• Philippine Soulères (Le Papondu): Le Papondu is developing the first plant-based eggs.
• Sam Anderson (DePoly): DePoly is chemically recycling PET plastic.
• Ying Shao (Plantik Biosciences): Plantik develops next-generation plant breeding technologies to create future plants 10 times faster.
• Maryem Ben Mouaz & Noélie Demaegdt (L’Intendance): L’Intendance is an e-commerce for organic food, cosmetics, and home maintenance products. Completely plastic-free with a reusable packaging system.
• Lara Khanafer (Kara.ai): Kara.ai is a productivity tool for salespeople.
• Cindy Demichel (Celsius Energy): Celsius Energy provides low-carbon heat and sustainable AC to buildings by connecting them to the energy of the Earth.
• Maria S. Scetta (DeltaBlock): DeltaBlock helps mid-size exchange-listed companies gain visibility in the stock market.
They use trading algorithms to improve the market quality of the asset (volatility, market depth, price resiliency, etc.), engaging traders, reducing the risk perception, and enhancing the visibility of the company behind the asset.
• Maria Vircik (Matsuko): Matsuko is developing the world’s most realistic holographic.
