Deloitte has launched #yourDeloitte, its graduate recruitment campaign for 2020, announcing over 230 new graduate roles across its offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Belfast. The firm also currently has vacancies for experienced-hire roles as well as undergraduate work placement and internship programmes.

Deloitte, named gradireland’s Graduate Employer of the Year in 2018, is calling for applicants from a wide range of disciplines including business, accounting, computer science, engineering, maths, science, law, and arts, amongst others. Candidates can apply for roles across all service lines including Audit & Assurance, Tax, Restructuring Services, Risk Advisory, Consulting, Technology Consulting and Financial Advisory.

Speaking at the launch of the campaign Harry Goddard, CEO, Deloitte Ireland said: “At Deloitte, it’s our people who make us who we are and help us to succeed. Our colleagues’ individual backgrounds, skills, interests and ideas bring to the table a plethora of new and fresh thinking. Our success consistently lies in the fact that we recruit people who look at complex issues through a different lens. We’re excited to hear from people who want to work in this inclusive and collaborative environment.”

Niamh Geraghty, People and Purpose Partner, Deloitte Ireland commented: “At Deloitte, people have the opportunity to develop their careers and grow personally and professionally. We have an environment of continuous learning, with a world-class leadership development programme designed to develop the future leaders of our business.

In addition to this, joining Deloitte offers the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies not only in Ireland but across the globe. We believe that the work we do, from our partners to our interns makes an impact on our clients, our people and in the wider society in which we operate. We are looking forward to welcoming a new cohort of graduate colleagues in the coming year who are keen to make such an impact too.”

In addition to the new graduate positions, Deloitte is also recruiting for a number of experienced-hire opportunities across its business, including Risk Advisory, Tax, Consulting and Technology Consulting. In addition, a six-to-twelve-week summer internship programme and a co-operative work placement programme are also being offered for undergraduates. Roles are available across all of Deloitte’s five offices in Ireland and in all of its service lines.

Deloitte provides its people with opportunities to lead at every level, as well as access to a powerful and global network of talented professionals. Its leaders promote a culture of collaboration, ensuring they lead with purpose and values. Its people are encouraged to bring their complete selves to work – everyone can thrive, develop and succeed at Deloitte through its inclusive culture. The firm has one of the highest pass rates in professional exams in Ireland, with two of its graduate colleagues achieving the highest grades in the country in the CAP1 and CAP2 examinations last year. Deloitte offers in-house exam support including introductory sessions, tutorials, exam preparation workshops, an exam helpline and study leave allowances.
